~Always pick up and carry your cake carefully, by the bottom.
~Cake should always remain level-including transportation, refrigeration, and display.
~Display cake on a sturdy stand that’s at least 1” larger than the cake board.
~Store the cake, as boxed, in the refrigerator. Remove one hour prior to serving. Serve at room temperature.
~Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator. (Who has leftover cake??)
